Educating Patients (Consumers) to Better Navigate Healthcare

A health care attorney with more than 35 years of experience, Randy Gerber founded Pacient.Care in 2016 to help consumers navigate the U.S. health care system by delivering succinct, understandable and knowledgeable answers to patients’ concerns. Gerber came up with the concept for the multi-screen platform after years of assisting clients, friends and family with the non-clinical issues they were facing as health care consumers who were trying to navigate the increasingly complex health care system. Educating people on the health care system came naturally for Gerber, as he has served as an adjunct health care law professor at Saint Louis University School of Law for many years.
